    TURN AROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM TRANSFERS IS 10 BUSINESS DAYS.   

IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR PRINTS ANY SOONER, YOU MUST ADD THE RUSH FEE AND LEAVE A NOTE ON THE ORDER TELLING US WHAT DATE YOU NEED THE PRINTS . 

When you upload your custom file, it needs to be ART READY.  Meaning we don't have to alter your image at all before going to production.  If you have an image that requires attention then contact us and we will give you a quote for Art Time.

IMAGE MUST BE IN .PNG FORMAT to be considered for Screen Print Transfer.   We cannot accept pictures of pictures or screen shots from your phone. Your image must be created as a PNG.  Changing the file extension does not change the image to a PNG.  

Best quality images are images with at least 300dpi.  

**You will be contacted if your image does not meet the criteria or is poor quality.
